Outsourcing2Ukraine is a consulting company, consisting of account and project managers, helping businesses find or set the right team, when outsourcing part of their operations to Ukraine.

My name is Nataly Veremeeva, I am the owner of the company and I am here to help you get things right. Having worked in the IT outsourcing industry for more than 7 years, being Senior Sales Manager and Vice President in various software development companies, I have gathered invaluable experience and knowledge about the nuances of the software outsourcing, its risks and opportunities, typical needs of clients and typical problems, and interacted with a great number of software professionals in Ukraine in general and in Donetsk in particular.

At the same time, the sales position in various companies didn’t allow to be flexible, as you need to sell services of a particular company, no matter if it is the best in the market or you know others, who objectively can do this job better. This is why I have chosen to be honest and independent, establishing contacts with all companies on the market and helping clients find the best team match for their businesses.
